Witness Resi Yuki Said That She Had Been Asked By The Defendant BTS 4G Irwan Hermawan To Leave The Gift

JAKARTA - Employee of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Resi Yuki Bramani revealed that she had been asked by the accused of alleged corruption BTS 4G Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy, Irwan Hermawan to hand over the parcel. Resi, who is the subordinate of the defendant, President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Galumbang Menak, revealed this in his testimony at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) of the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 9. "Around August-September 2022, at that time Mr. Irwan-as a friend of my superiors, Mr. Galumbang-mining for help because he has business in Europe, to give a number, what's his name, the 'cloudish',” Resi said in response to a question from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) as reported by Antara, Monday, October 9. Initially, the prosecutor asked Resi whether he knew or not he knew Galumbang and Irwan. Resi then admitted that he knew the two defendants. However, when asked whether or not Resi had ever been asked to deliver some money, he said never. According to his testimony, he was asked to hand over a parcel. "Never gave up money. Gifts, sir, I don't know what's in it," he said. Resi said the parcel was delivered with the driver, but he admitted that he forgot exactly who he gave the "crush". However, according to information, he said, the "cries" were given to someone named Windu. "I forgot exactly who, but according to information, for Windu, sir," said Resi. Resi admitted that the "cries" were already in the car. He then sent the "cloudish" to the house which was suspected to be Windu's residence on Jalan Patra. "Has he introduced himself as Windu?" asked the prosecutor. "Yes," replied Resi. He also said that the "cloudish" handover was only carried out once to Windu. "Twice?" said the prosecutor. "Yes," replied Resi. Resi was presented as a witness for the defendants Galumbang Menak, Irwan Hermawan, and Account Director of PT Huawei Tech Investment Mukti Ali. Resi sat as a witness with two other people, namely the Director of PT Basar Utama Prima Yusrizki and M. Andrianto. In this case indictment, it was stated that a number of parties benefited from the development project, namely former Kominfo Minister Johnny G. Plate received money amounting to Rp17,848,308,000.00; former BAKTI President Director Anang Achmad Latif received Rp5 billion; and Indonesian University Human Development expert Yohan Suryanto received Rp453,608,400.00. Furthermore, Irwan Hermawan received IDR 119 billion; Windi Purnama as Director of PT Multimedia Berdikari Sejahtera received IDR 500 million; and Muhammad Yusrizki received IDR 50 billion and 2.5 million US dollars. Next the FiberHome Consortium PT Telkominfra PT Multi Trans Data (PT MTD) for Packages 1 and 2 received IDR 2,940,870,824,490.00; The Huawei SEI Linta Consortium for package 3 received IDR 1,584,914,620,955.00; and the IBS and ZTE Consortium Packages 4 and 5 received IDR 3,504,518,715,600.00.
