Attending The PKS Syuro Council This Afternoon, Cak Imin Hopes To Be Accepted As Anies Vice Presidential Candidate

JAKARTA - PKB General Chairperson (Ketum) Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin will attend the Syuro Council meeting at the PKS DPTP office on Simatupang Street, South Jakarta, this afternoon.

Cak Imin hopes that he will receive support from PKS as a vice presidential candidate to accompany Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election.

"I will attend this afternoon to give various thoughts, maybe so that it becomes a consideration. Hopefully PKS will accept me," said Cak Imin to reporters, Friday, September 15. Cak Imin admitted that he was invited by the PKS DPP to present a presentation to the syuro assembly at around 16.30 WIB. In the information circulating, the Shura Council will make a decision regarding Cak Imin at 18.30 WIB.

"I was clearly half of the 5 invited to PKS, he said for a presentation in front of the shuro assembly," said Cak Imin. In the presentation, Cak Imin will express his thoughts for the nation and state. He also believes that his duet with Anies will be a strength to improve the nation in the future.

"God willing, this AMIN couple is ready to become a force that improves the future of the Indonesian nation, we will convey that," he said. "We will also convey to PKS that cooperation from various powers is NasDem, there is PKB, there is PKS. Later it will enrich diversity in this coalition," said Cak Imin.

It is known that the PKS Syuro Council held a meeting to determine the prospective vice presidential candidate who will be supported to accompany Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election this afternoon, Friday, September 15. The Shura assembly meeting was held behind closed doors at the PKS DPP office, Simatupang Street, Sunday Market, South Jakarta, at 14.00 WIB. "This afternoon's meeting. Later, the head of the syuro assembly will announce whether the PKS agreed to support the General Chairperson of PKB Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin as vice president or not. Also present was PKS President Ahmad Syaikhu and the ranks of the DPP administrators. "All PKS leaders are there.
