JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Puan Maharani, inaugurated the Inclusion Studio during her working visit in Central Java. During the inauguration of the inclusion studio, Puan received a special poem from children with special needs (ABK).

The inauguration was carried out by Puan accompanied by the Regent of Sukoharjo Etik Suryani, the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabumingraka and member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Johan Budi on Sunday, September 3 at the Wijaya Kinasih Inclusion Studio, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java. In addition to the Wijaya Kinasih Studio, Puan also inaugurated the Bunda Love Inclusion Studio, which is located in Mojolaban District.

Arriving at the Wijaya Kinasih Studio, Puan was greeted by a number of children with special needs. One of them is Wirendra who then reads a poem to Puan.

In his poetry, Wirendra expressed his gratitude because now he has been able to be independent in carrying out his activities thanks to various inclusion programs. Puan listened to Wirendra while reading poetry while sitting on the floor so that he could be equal to the 9-year-old boy.

Puan's eyes looked in tears when she listened to Wirendra reading poetry. The first woman who served as Chair of the Indonesian House of Representatives seemed touched and proud to see Wirendra reading poetry beautifully, even in her limitations.

"That's very good. You're in good health," said Puan while lifting her two thumbs up praising Wirendra's appearance.

After hearing Wirendra's poetry, Puan then went around the studio environment and greeted the parents of the children with special needs who were present at the inauguration. Puan was also seen talking with a child named Abdul Rahman Nawawi (10) who was suffering from hydrosipulus disease.

According to Puan, it is important for children with special needs to get attention and assistance from both parents and the surrounding environment. With this, it is hoped that it can help children with special needs in living their daily lives independently.

Puan assessed that the presence of inclusion studios for crew members would provide education and understanding for parents in providing proper parenting. Because children with special needs have approaches and skills in other general children.

"So to the parents who attend, keep the spirit, we will work together to help all of your children and mother. To the therapists, I express my appreciation for the hard work so far and also need to remain enthusiastic in the future to continue to help our children at the inclusion studio," said Puan.

He added that inclusion in children's assistance with special needs is very important, because the meaning of the inclusion is to invite them to enter or include them. By building an inclusive and sustainable environment, Puan hopes that the crew can express themselves in the surrounding environment.

"We must be able to understand the special needs of those of us who must be able to adjust the way of providing education to those of us who must be able to adapt to what they need and need," continued Puan.

Parents who have children with special needs will certainly spend more time raising their children. Therefore, Puan considers that a lot of support is needed for parents who have children with special needs.

Furthermore, Puan encouraged the Government to pay attention to every child with special needs because they are part of the nation's future.

"Indonesia is a mutual cooperation country and in a mutual cooperation country, so no people have been left behind, no people have been ignored," said Puan.

Puan herself encourages every regional head to build inclusion studios. This is considered as a form of the Government's presence of children with special needs. He also supports that every sub-district in Sukoharjo Regency has one inclusion studio.

Of the 12 sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency, said Ethics, 11 inclusion studios have been built.

"Living in Tawangsari District, this is the construction process," he said.

In the agenda for the inauguration of the studio, Puan was accompanied by the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabumingraka. In fact, the closeness between the two was seen when the son of Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) picked up Puan for breakfast together before leaving for the inauguration location of the inclusion studio.

Puan and Gibran looked close and friendly when the two of them ate soto as their breakfast menu. Puan also uploaded the warm moment on her social media.

"In Solo, I call it "ridiculous", meaning eating in a favorite place. This morning the choice was to go to Soto Gading with Mas Wali @Gibran_rakabumingraka. I think we are serious, even though we are discussing how to eat chicken soup or meat," Puan wrote in her post.

After breakfast together, Puan and Gibran were seen in a car heading to the inauguration location of the Wijaya Kinasih Inclusion Studio. Puan then shared the contents of her conversation with Gibran while driving together to the Wijaya Kinasih Inclusion Studio in the neighboring area of Solo City.

"Earlier, I had a car with Mr. Wali Gibran. This is your job, isn't it, ma'am, this is Sukoharjo Regency. Moving a little, it's different from the area, great," said Puan.

During the inauguration of the studio, Puan and Gibran were seen sitting next to each other flanked by the Regent of Sukoharjo Etik Suryani and member of Commission II of the Indonesian House of Representatives Johan Budi.

The togetherness of the two was also seen when Gibran took Puan to the car to take part in a series of subsequent activities during a working visit to Solo, Klaten and Wonogiri. Gibran said goodbye because he was scheduled to attend an event with the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo in Colomadu, Solo.
