Declaration Of Support To Prabowo, Anis Matta Sindir Party Leaves Coalition

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian People's Wave Party (Gelora) Anis Matta seemed to insinuate political parties leaving the coalition to support Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate (candidate).

He conveyed this satire when declaring his support for the General Chair of the Gerindra Party at Djakarta Theater, Central Jakarta, Saturday, September 2.

"Today we see the same incident, someone has come to go in the coalition," said Anis Matta.

However, it was not clear that the political party in question had left the Prabowo Subianto coalition.

However, when it comes to the information circulating, the National Awakening Party (PKB) may be the one in question.

The reason is that PKB decided to accept the offer of political cooperation submitted by the NasDem Party to pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar as a candidate for president and future vice presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election.

Returning to Anis Matta, he hopes that the Gelora Party can become an ally trusted by other coalition parties, including Prabowo Subianto.

"Hopefully this newly arrived ally is a trustworthy ally," said Anis Matta.
