"So that the investigative team upgraded the status of witnesses to become suspects against them and carried out detention measures for 20 days starting from August 23 to September 11, 2023. For suspect M he was detained at the Class 1 Pakjo detention center in Palembang, while NT was detained at the Merdeka Women's Prison in Palembang," he explained.

With the determination of two new suspects, the total number of suspects in this case is five people.

Previously, three suspects were named AP (Director of Business Development of PTBA in 2013), SI (Chairman of the Acquisition Team for Takeover of PT Satria Bahana Sarana), and IT (owner of PT Satria Bahana Sarana before being acquired).
