BANDUNG - The Cimahi District Attorney and the Attorney General's Office executed assets confiscated from former West Java DPRD Chairman Irfan Suryanagara based on the Supreme Court's decision against Irfan and his wife Endang Kusumawaty for the Money Laundering (TPPU) case.

Based on the cassation decision, the public prosecutor executed 146 pieces of evidence in the TPPU by the former leader of the West Java DPRD, with assets executed, among others:
1. The house consisting of three plots of land located in the Pasir Kaliki housing complex;
2. House on Cipedes Street Bandung;
3. Gas Station No 34,41,338 located on Jalan Raya Curug Kosambi, Walahar Village, Klari District, Karawang, West Java;
4. Gas Station No 34,41336 Cikidang Jalan Raya Cipetir, Cicareuh Village, Cikidang District, Sukabumi, West Java;
5. Gas Station No. 34,43308 located on Jalan Raya Pelabuhan Ratu KM 55, Jayanti Village, Pelabuhan Ratu District, Sukabumi, West Java;
6. Land covering an area of 65,000 m2 located in Buniwangi Village, Gegerbitung District, Sukabumi, West Java.
Arif said the execution of evidence was carried out by the prosecutor, which amounted to 110 units, to be returned to the victim. Meanwhile, other evidence attached to the case file is complete.
"Evidence number 1 to 110 was returned to the victim, then evidence 111 to 146 was attached in the case file. The money number 111 to 146 included photocopies of deposit slips, photocopies of measuring letters, so it was complete case files, the food was still attached in the case file," he said.
