Police Arrest Perpetrators Of Student Killers Of UI Who Are Wrapped In Plastic In Depok

A student from the Faculty of Letters of Russia, University of Indonesia (UI) with the initials NZ (19) was found dead in his boarding house in the Beji area, Depok. The victim was found in a pathetic condition and his body was wrapped in two layers of plastic.

Depok Metro Police Deputy Chief, AKP Nirwan Pohan confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Friday, August 4, at 10.00 WIB.

"The body is wrapped in black plastic, under the bed," Nirwan said when confirmed, Saturday, August 5.

Nirwan explained that the victim was presumed dead since Wednesday, August 2. This was discovered after the family contacted the victim but there was no news.

On that basis, the victim's family sent people to check MNZ at his boarding house. Arriving at the location, the victim was already dead.

"There is a family here to visit his boarding house. He can't do it, the door is locked, the boarding house guards open, finally found (died)," explained Nirwan.

When found, the victim was in quite a lot of stab wounds to his chest. The body was wrapped in plastic bags for garbage and placed under the bed," he continued.

Then, the family contacted the police. The goal is for further action.

The police, who received the information, immediately conducted an investigation by examining the crime scene (TKP) and several witnesses. As a result, the police arrested the perpetrator who is a senior campus victim, namely AAB (23).

"The victim is a younger brother of the perpetrator and is indeed friends with each other," he said.

Most of the perpetrators have been taken to the Depok Metro Police. This is done for further investigation.

"Again, the intensive examination is that at the TKP there are also items taken by the perpetrators, in the form of macbook laptops, wallets, iPhone cellphones. While we have secured the tools used to kill the perpetrators, the folding knife is pretty good," he concluded.
