To YW, AHA admitted that his son had been sold for adoption to other people. Hearing that, YW then took AHA to the Barelang Police.
To investigators, AHA admitted that his son was handed over to BU, a resident of Medan, North Sumatra. The perpetrator AHA received Rp11 million from the sale.

"Perpetrator BU was secured at his residence in Medan. The baby was also rescued and brought back to Batam," he said.
