SDA Officials Who Deploy PJLP To Clean Housing In Bekasi Stated Guilty, Will Be Sanctioned

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Inspectorate Syaefullah stated that the Head of the Central Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. (Kasudin SDA) Mustajab who brought other Individual Service Providers (PJLP) to Bekasi was proven to have violated the disciplinary rules of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

"Yes (provided guilty). The person concerned has admitted a mistake. Therefore, we have recommended to the Natural Resources Service to take steps according to Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning ASN Discipline," said Syaefulloh as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, July 29.

Syaefuloh also gave a recommendation to the Head of the DKI Jakarta Natural Resources Service to impose sanctions on Mustajab.

"I have submitted the examination and I have submitted the report, including the recommendation (sanctions), to the Head of the Natural Resources Service," said Syaefuloh

However, Syaefullah did not explain in detail the form of sanctions recommendations against the Head of the DKI Jakarta Natural Resources Service.

According to Syaefullah, the form of sanctions recommended to the Natural Resources Service is in accordance with PP No. 94 of 2021.

"Yes, according to PP 94, it means that even if ASN makes mistakes, it must also be careful. There are light, moderate, and severe sanctions in accordance with their mistakes," said Syaefullah.

Previously, the Head of the Central Jakarta Natural Resources Sub-dept. Mustajab admitted that he had deployed his lower PJLP officers to clean waterways in the Bekasi housing area, West Java.

Mustajab also apologized because the natural resources officer had to work voluntarily in blue troop clothes on holidays.

"Yes, that's our negligence. We admit that because he is every monitor, even resting wearing a blue uniform," said Mustajab at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Monday.
