Regarding Budyanto's Drug Barbuk Decreased During The Session, Public Relations Of The Tangerang District Court: Ask The Prosecutor's Office

TANGERANG - The Panel of Judges, Ismail, sentenced Budyanto Djauhari (38) to 7 months in prison for involvement in drug cases. This is also lower than the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU), which is 11 months.

Public Relations of the District Court (PN), Arif Budi Cahyono, considered it to be the right of the Panel of Judges, Ismail. According to him, it was only because of different sentences from the prosecutor.

"The panel of judges is different, maybe his views with the prosecutor and the authority of the Panel of Judges. Because it is proven that he did not report any narcotics crime. He was sentenced to seven months in prison. That it was proven that he had not reported a narcotics crime," he said.

Regarding the reduced amount of drug evidence during the trial, Arif admitted that he did not know about it. Because, his party only accepts the evidence.

As for what was received during Budyanto's trial, namely 1 paper bag in which there were 1 paper box, 7 green yellow capsules each containing Narcotics type MDMA (excitation) with a total net weight of 3.4069 grams, 36 green yellow capsules each containing Narcotics type MDMA (excise) and caffeine with a net weight of 17.2908 grams. Meanwhile, the number that was secured by the police when they arrested Budyanto Djauhari was 2342 pills.

"Ask the prosecutor's office or the police if that's the case. We don't know. You asked, because we don't know where it's different. As far as we know, we delegated the file that much," he concluded

It is known that Budyanto has been named a suspect and detained for allegedly committing domestic violence (KDRT) against his wife, TM (23) until she was seriously injured. The incident occurred in Serpong Park, North Serpong, South Tangerang, July 12, 2023.
