JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono admitted that the implementation of new students (PPDB) in DKI Jakarta this year still has shortcomings. Some of the obstacles in the 2023 DKI PPDB include registration through affirmation and zoning channels that cause confusion, so that parents of students forget PPDB accounts. This was conveyed by Heru after reviewing the teaching and learning process at SDN Duren Sawit 07 Morning and SDN Duren Sawit 08 Morning, East Jakarta. "Yes, there must be shortcomings, there must be services" is still lacking and of course I apologize," said Heru, Tuesday, July 18. However, Heru promised that the DKI Jakarta Education Office would evaluate the PPDB mechanism so that it would run better in the following academic year. "But so far 80 percent is good. Meanwhile, after the implementation of PPDB, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office (Disdik) served 26,091 people at the 2023 DKI Jakarta PPDB complaint post both offline and online (online).
