The Dompu District Attorney, West Nusa Tenggara, has detained three suspects in the alleged corruption case in the metrological equipment procurement project and other infrastructure in the 2018 fiscal year.
Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, confirmed the detention of three suspects by the Special Crime Investigators of the Dompu Kejari.

As for the suspect who was detained with the initials SS, the former Head of the Dompu Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag) who played a role as a budget user in the metrological equipment procurement project.
Two other suspects with the initials HI who act as technical implementing officials for activities (PPTK) and project implementers with the initials Y.
"For SS because it is a woman, we entrust the person concerned to be detained at the Dompu Police Detention Center. For the other two in the Class IIB Dompu Prison," he said.
He explained that the detention of these three suspects was a follow-up to the results of the case title which had obtained the results of an audit of state losses from the NTB Inspectorate with a value of Rp398 million.
"So, from the results of the title, the roles of the three were determined as suspects and continued to the detention process," he said.
Investigators named the three as suspects by applying the suspicion of Article 2 paragraph 1 and / or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
