JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) will auction off land in Palembang City for IDR 1.1 billion which is confiscated goods from the corruption convict former Muara Regent Enim Ahmad Yani.

"The KPK together and through the Palembang KPKNL will conduct an auction of looted goods from the convict Ahmad Yani based on the decision of the corruption court which has permanent legal force," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 11.

He explained that the object in the auction was in the form of a plot of land covering an area of 278 square meters located in Lorong Kesehatan, Demang Lebar Daub Village, Ilir Barat I District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province.

The land is equipped with documents in the form of Certificate of Ownership Number 3451 and Deed of Sale and Purchase Number 35/2007 PPAT Aprizal Andri Yanto, SH as well as proof of tax deposits on the object.

The plot of land was auctioned with a limit value of IDR 1,111,851,000.00 and a security deposit of IDR 500 million.

The auction will be held with a closed bidding bidding system on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at the Palembang State Wealth and Auction Service Office, Palembang State Finance Building (GKN).
