Prosecutors Present Criminal Experts At Mario Dandy-Shane Lukas Continuation Session

JAKARTA - The defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas will undergo a follow-up hearing in the case of alleged severe abuse against David Ozora, today. At the trial, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) will present a criminal expert.

"(Introducing) a criminal expert," said Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Pidum, Hafiz Kurniawan when confirmed, Tuesday, July 11.

However, it did not specify the identity of the expert who will be presented at the trial. It was only conveyed by the team of prosecutors that a criminal expert was presented.

"One person," said Hafiz.

Based on information from the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page of the South Jakarta District Court, the trial of the alleged severe abuse case David Ozora is planned to be held at 10.00 WIB.

In this case of persecution, Mario Dandy was charged with serious abuse. He brutally beat David Ozora.

As a result of the abuse, David Ozora was seriously injured. In fact, he had to undergo medical treatment for several months.

David Ozora was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

The prosecutor charged him with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and a subsidiary of Article 355 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with the 2nd Criminal Code.
