Burst At Fried Duck Restaurant In Senen Caught Fire, 10 Buildings Burned

JAKARTA - About 10 houses on Jalan Kramat Pulo Raya 4, RT 01/03, Senen District, Central Jakarta, were burned down on Monday, July 10. The fire broke out at around 14.00 WIB.

"The fire came from a house that was used as a food stall. After the fire was big, there was an explosion sound twice," said Ayu (35), a local resident to VOI at the fire site, Monday, July 10.

The fire incident caused a stir among local residents. Ayu said that she first saw the flames from the house where the fried chicken and duck food was sold trying to contact firefighters.

"It's panic that the name is also a fire. I contacted the firefighters, but it took a long time to arrive. The fire had spread and spread to other houses. Maybe because of the wind," he said.

Until this news was written, the fire was still burning and spreading to other buildings. Firefighters also continue to make efforts to extinguish the fire.
