He conveyed this by providing an initial understanding that the distribution of KUR funds involves many parties. More specifically, in terms of verification of the requirements for the appointment of channeling companies. According to him, if all parties involved are dragged into this case, it will have a negative impact on BNI's reputation as a state-owned conventional bank. "So I, who is approaching retirement, was used as a sacrifice," he said. In addition, he also revealed an active role from outside BNI, namely a position holder at the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, namely Indah Megawati. Amiruddin learned about this based on the facts revealed in the trial. Indah as the director of financing at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia urged the Central BNI so that the Mataram Branch BNI Office would immediately realize the 2020-2021 KUR program. He also admitted that he was under direct pressure from Indah when holding a meeting that also presented another defendant, namely Lalu Irham. "At that time, I was introduced Lalu Irham by Mrs. Indah as treasurer of HKTI NTB and asked me to immediately implement this KUR program," he said. In another meeting, Indah also introduced to Amiruddin PT SMA owned by Joanina Novinda Rachma, Moeldoko's only child, the Chief of Presidential Staff of the Republic of Indonesia who also serves as Chairman of the Central HKTI. "At that time, I also contacted the center. The center said that PT SMA had received recommendations as offtakers for KUR funds in all districts/cities," he said. The relationship between the two companies was later revealed, PT SMA and CV ABB turned out to have built cooperation without BNI's knowledge. Indah together with HKTI NTB, and PT SMA, it was revealed that they had recommended CV ABB as a collection agent. The distribution of KUR funds was then sent through PT MUG which is also a company owned by Lalu Irham. The total that has been disbursed is IDR 29 billion. Based on the facts of the trial, the money that went into PT MUG's account was not used to purchase agricultural means (sapprotan). "From that money, I never got anything from Lalu Irham or anyone else. By Allah, I never enjoyed the results of the KUR funds at all," said Amiruddin. Therefore, Amiruddin regretted the attitude of the prosecutor who also charged him to pay compensation of Rp. 7.9 million. The money is the remaining balance of debtors who are still deposited in BNI.

"I shouldn't have been asked to replace it, it should have been to BNI, because the money is still in the account of the debtor frozen by BNI," he said.
