Bripka Andry Who Dismantled Hundreds Of Millions Of Deposits To His Superiors Was Put In A Special Cell

PEKANBARU - Bripka Andry Dharma Irawan, a member of Brimob who dismantled the deposit to his superiors, finally surrendered to the Riau Police. Bripka Andry has been out of service for 68 days and has been assigned to the wanted list (DPO).

Riau Police Public Relations Head KombesNandang Mu'min Wijaya said Bripka Andry surrendered on Monday, June 26 morning at around 06.30 WIB after various approaches were made in the Profession and Security Sector and the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Team.

"This is thanks to a persuasive approach made so that Bripka Andry voluntarily came to the Riau Police to surrender himself related to not entering the service or leaving his duties for 68 days," said Nandang, quoted by ANTARA.

After surrendering, BRipka Andry immediately carried out a special placement (patsus) at the Riau Police Headquarters for the next 21 days. This Patsus is related to the results of the disciplinary hearing conducted by the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit.

Although Bripka Andry was not present at the trial, Brimob had carried out disciplinary proceedings against him.

In addition, based on the results of the investigation and investigation of the Propam Division and also the Riau Police Mobile Brigade, Bripka Andry has committed disciplinary violations three times and violations of the code of ethics four times.

"For the code of ethics trial waiting for the verdict, the trial determines. For maximum sanctions, the code of ethics could be from the Ethics Code Commission to decide on dishonorable dismissal (PDTH), although light ones certainly exist," said Nandang.

Previously, social media was shocked by the story of a Brimob Riau Police personnel who claimed to have been transferred for no apparent reason. In addition, the police officer who served in Battalion B Pioneer of the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit in Manggala, Rokan Hilir's junction, also admitted that he was asked to make money by his superiors.

"I was transferred to a demonstration without any mistakes from Battalion B Pioneer to Battalion A Pioneer located in Pekanbaru," wrote @unandrydarmairawan07.2 giving a statement.

Currently, the Riau Police Propam is investigating the case of Bripka Andry's complaint which went viral on social media. In addition, it is known that Commissioner Petrus Hottiner Sima, Bripka Andry's superior who is suspected of receiving the money deposit, has been removed since March 2023.

"We have examined eight people for clarification regarding the deposit. So, the case is being followed up. Regarding this deposit, it will be investigated later, the evidence will be at trial," said the Head of Profession and Security Division of the Riau Police, Police Commissioner Johanes Setiawan.

Currently, Commissioner PetrusHottiner and seven other Brimob members have been detained to the Riau Police Propam Patsus for the code of ethics process before being tried.
