JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Housing Agency is monitoring the alleged rental of a DP0 rupiah house at the Samawa Tower, Jalan H Naman No. 54 RT 1/RW 15 Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.
The management staff of the Samawa Flats, Musri, said that two DKI Jakarta Housing officers had visited the Menara Samawa Flats on Wednesday (21/6) to gather accurate information regarding the alleged rental of the Rusun unit.
"We have conveyed it to the housing office as the authority in monitoring the Samawa Tower unit. It is currently being followed up by the housing office," said Musri as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, June 22.
The Housing Service, he said, had also asked for proof of payment for suspected residents who rented out their homes, namely Environmental Maintenance Contributions (IPL), PAM, Electricity Use, and Water to the management.
He admitted that he received initial information from one of the residents of the flat about the rental of the DP0 rupiah residential area.
