Heavier Than Last Year, Babel Receives 1.059 Tons Of Bobot Cows From Eid Al-Adha 2023 Jokowi

The Provincial Government (Pemrov) of the Bangka Belitung Islands (Babel) received assistance from the 2023 Eid al-Adha sacrificial cattle from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) weighing more than one ton.

"The sacrificial cow assisted by Mr. President Jokowi will be cut off in Kace Village, Bangka Regency," said Acting Governor of the Babel Islands Suganda Pandapotan Pasaribu after signing a report on the handover of sacrificial cattle assistance in Pangkalpinang, Babel, Thursday, June 22, which was confiscated by Antara.

He said the assistance of sacrificial cows weighing 1,059 kilograms (kg) was the annual program of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the people in every province in Indonesia, including the Babylon Islands.

"Earlier, we together with representatives of the Indonesian Presidential Team, Rika Kiswardani, signed a report on the handover of sacrificial cattle assistance from President Jokowi to the people of the Babylon Islands," he said.

He stated that this year's sacrificial cows from President Jokowi were heavier than last year. After this, the next stage will be carried out, namely handing over to mosque administrators in Kace Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency.

He hopes that during the procession of slaughtering sacrificial cows, President Jokowi's assistance will be carried out after Eid al-Adha prayers and will be distributed to the public.

"Thank you Mr. President Jokowi and the sacrificial cows we have received in good health," he concluded.
