"Those who forced themselves to tarwiyah, we asked for a statement that they are willing to accept the consequences, such as consumption, the inn is beyond the responsibility of the government," he said.
Khalil said the peak of Hajj 1444 H / 2023 AD is in the dry season with weather levels in Arafah and Mecca reaching 45 degrees Celsius.
"Congregants must drink enough, enough nutritious food, and a lot of rest," said Khalil.
He appealed to the pilgrims to rest completely from excessive activities five days before the peak of the hajj so that their physical condition was maintained.
