Cases Of Domestic Violence, Cheating To Immorality, Police Member Iptu MIP Enters Special Cells

JAKARTA - The National Police's Propam Division made a special placement (pathus) on Iptu MIP which was reported by his wife AHS due to cases of infidelity, domestic violence, child neglect and immoral acts.

Head of the Public Information Bureau (Karopenmas) of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan said the patsus sanction against Iptu MIP was carried out after the case was carried out by the DivPropam Polri.

"The results of the case title are that the alleged violators of Iptu MIP are placed in a special place for 21 days starting from June 13 to July 4, 2023," said Ramadhan as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 13.

Patsus is a security procedure carried out by the Police Provos Team against police officers suspected of violating discipline.

Iptu MIP is suspected of violating the Police Professional Code of Ethics (KKEP) based on a report made by his wife AHS to the Police DivPropam.

Ramadhan said the DivPropam had conducted an examination of Iptu MIP, AHS and R who were the mothers of AHS (Iptu MIP's wife).

After the examination, it was continued with a case title by the DivPropam Polri and found that there was sufficient evidence of a violation of the KKEP carried out by Iptu MIP.

"That Iptu MIP has committed an affair, domestic violence, child neglect, and immoral acts with a woman with the initials AM," said Ramadhan.

He explained that the special committee was carried out by the National Police's DivPropam to undergo a KKEP trial against Iptu MIP.

Furthermore, the National Police's DivPropam carried out the process of filing the Police Code of Ethics and carrying out the KKEP trial against the alleged violation of Iptu MIP.

The case of Iptu MIP, an officer at Bareskrim Polri, was widely reported after his wife reported her infidelity and immoral video by her husband to the DivPropam Police Headquarters.
