Dharma Jaya Opens Sales Of Sacrificial Animals, This Is The Price

JAKARTA - Perumda Dharma Jaya opened the sale of hundreds of sacrificial animals ahead of Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri. The animals sold by the DKI Provincial Government's BUMD were 700 cows and 150 goats.

"Perumda Dharma Jaya provides stock of 700 cows and 150 goats to meet the needs of people who want to sacrifice during Eid al-Adha later," said Perumda Business Director Dharma Jaya Feliciansyah in his statement, Tuesday, June 13.

Feldiansyah said that people who want to buy sacrificial animals can come directly to the Perumda Dharma Jaya office on Jalan Milling, Cakung, East Jakarta to order.

"We ensure that the sacrificial animals are in good health, routine health checks have been carried out by veterinarians, PMK and LSD vaccines, and have tested PMK and LSD PCR," he said.

Types of sacrificial animals available at Perumda Dharma Jaya include limousine/simental/PO cows weighing from 400 to 600 kilograms. The price per kilogram is IDR 72,000.

Then, Balinese/Kupang cattle weigh from 250 to 300 kilograms at a price per kilogram of IDR 73,000, and Madura cattle weigh 300 to 400 kilograms at a price per kilogram of IDR 74,000.

Meanwhile, the sheep and goats sold have 2 different types of weights, namely type A which weighs from 35 to 40 kilograms at a price of Rp. 3,750,000 and for type B which weighs from 30 to 34 kg at a price of Rp. 3,250,000.

"This year's stock of sacrificial animals is more than last year's increase of 15 to 20 percent, in line with the public's interest in the need for sacrificial animals is quite high," said Feldiansyah.

"Sales of sacrificial animals, which currently have sold 300 cows, of course, will continue to increase," he added.

Furthermore, Feldiansyah said Dharma Jaya also provided several types of services for slaughtering sacrificial animals such as cutting services to karkas for 4 (four quarter) at a price of Rp. 750,000/tail. Cut services, cutting and packaging at a price of Rp. 100,000/tail with the purchase of cattle from Perumda Dharma Jaya.

"Cash services ranging from cropping to matching at a price of Rp1,800,000 with cows from outside or not buying from Perumda Dharma Jaya," he added.
