"All house owners affected by the construction have been given spiritual money by the West Java Provincial Government. Control is carried out on a number of houses that are still standing," said Head of Housing and Settlement of Sukabumi Regency, Abas Ruslandi, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 12.

In addition to leveling buildings, officers also carry out cleaning of locations that in the future by the West Java Provincial Government will build a number of public and social facilities such as the square and green open space.

The entire building has been abandoned by its owners who previously had received spiritual money. In fact, his party also appreciated the former owner of the house who had previously leveled his former residence.

According to Abas, the task of the Sukabumi Regency Government is to help the West Java Provincial Government to immediately carry out land arrangement. The land area to be built by various facilities is around 12 thousand square meters, of which 5 thousand square meters are used as buildings while the rest are used as green space, parking space and so on.

"For this control, apart from deploying personnel, we also deployed heavy equipment to knock down and clean the rubble of the building so that the land was completely clear and clean," he added.

Palabuhanratu sub-district head Ali Iskandar said the status of the house belonged to residents, but the land belonged to the West Java Provincial Government. Meanwhile, the West Java Land and Spatial Planning Service (DPTR) has resolved the spiritual problems.

For self-development, information from the West Java Provincial Government is carried out this month. Therefore, the Sukabumi Regency Government is tasked with ensuring that this controlled land is clean and ready to be built.
