AGO Confiscates Assets Of 4 BTS Kominfo Corruption Suspects, Including Land Rover Johnny G Plate

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office confiscated the assets of suspects in the alleged corruption case in the provision of base-tranceiver station (BTS) infrastructure and supporting infrastructure for the 2020-2022 Kominfo period.

Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana, said the team confiscated assets belonging to four suspects, namely Anang Achmad Latif (AAL), Gahole Menak (GMS), Irwan Hermawan (IH), and Jhonny G.Plate (JGP).

"Investigators have confiscated assets belonging to suspect AAL, suspect GMS, suspect IH, and suspect JGP," Sumedana said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 24.

The assets confiscated from suspect AAL included 1 unit of BMW/X5 car number B-1869-ZJC, 1 unit of a black yellow BMW/R 1250 GS Adventure motorcycle with number D-4679-ADV.

Next 1 unit of four-wheeled motorized vehicle with number B-1534-DFQ, 1 unit of two-wheeled vehicle with number B-5336-TEN, Ducati brand type Badminton Cafe Racer, year of manufacture 2019, silver color, 1 unit of two-wheeled vehicle with number B-4630-SPU, Triumph brand Tiger 1200 Rally Pro, year of manufacture 2022, green.

Investigators also confiscated a plot of land and/or buildings in South Grove Unit Number 08, Type: SG, covering an area of 261 square meters, a building area of 433 square meters located on Jalan Lebak Bulus 1 No. 3, Lebak Bulus Village, Cilandak District, South Jakarta, based on the Minutes of Land Handover and South Grove Building by Borrowing No.: 001/BAST-SG/IGM-SG/VIII/2020 dated August 24, 2020 between PT Inti Gria Pramudya and Mrs. Sakinah Juliani Utami.

Furthermore, the confiscation of the suspect GSM's assets in the form of 1 unit of a black Toyota Innova Venturer car with number B-166-GLB with Motorized Vehicle Number (STNK) Number: 11153456 in the name of PT Mora Telematics Indo.

One unit of Lexus brand car with number B-2188-SJE with STNKBermotor Number: 1504951 in the name of Cristofer M. Simanjuntak, and one plot of land and or building with an area of 431 square meters on Jalan Denpasar Barat Blok.C /6. Kav. No.18, Kuningan Timur Village, Setiabudi District, South Jakarta City, Special Capital City Province, based on Certificate of Ownership Number 50 on behalf of GMS.

The next asset belongs to the suspect IH in the form of a plot of land and or building with an area of 1,000 square meters on Graha Indah Golf 1 Street Number 11 Kavling 7A, Mekarsalayu Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province, based on Certificate of Ownership No. 01731 on behalf of IH.

In addition, one plot of land and or building with an area of 346 square meters was also confiscated at Dago Asri Housing, Dago Asri I Street, Dago Village, Coblong District, Bandung City, West Java, based on Certificate of Ownership No.6767 on behalf of Siska Suryaman.

"From the suspect JGP, 1 unit of Land Rover type R. Rover Velar 2 OLAT Model Jeep SC HDTP number B-10-HAN was metallically white in 2021," said Ketut.

Assets confiscated, he said, will be evidence for each suspect in the alleged corruption case in the provision of BTS4G infrastructure and supporting infrastructure for packages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 BAKTI of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in 2020 2022.

In this case that cost the state finances Rp8.32 trillion, investigators named seven people as suspects, namely Anang Achmad Latif (AAL) as the President Director of BAKTI Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Gahole Menak (GMS) as the President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia, Yohan Suryanto (YS) as an expert on Human Development (HUDEV) at the University of Indonesia in 2020, Mukti Ali (MA) a suspect from PT Huwaei Technology Investment, and Irwan Hermawan (IH) as Commissioner of PT Solitchmedia Synergy.

The next suspects, Jhonny G.Plate and Windi Purnama as confidants of the suspect Irwan Hermawan (IH).
