SEMARANG Polrestabes Semarang managed to secure one person suspected of killing Irwan Hutagalung (53) whose body was cast with cement and mutilated, in a lease for a refilled gallon water business, on Jalan Mulawarman Raya, Kramas Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City.

The identity of the victim is Irwan Hutagalung (53), a resident of Bukit Agung Housing, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City. The victim was found dead at his place of business.

"The victim suffered injuries to his (dianiaya) head," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol Iqbal Alqudussy, in a written statement, Tuesday, May 9.
