Residents who were aware of the commotion immediately contacted the police. As a result, the perpetrator was arrested.
For his actions, the perpetrator is threatened with being charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding persecution and is now being held at the North Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters Rutan.
