Forensic Doctor Confirms MUI Office Shooter Dies Of Heart Attack

JAKARTA - A forensic doctor at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital said that the perpetrator of the shooting of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) office with the initials M (60) on Tuesday 9 May died from a heart attack. "So, our forensic doctor concluded that the death toll was due to a heart attack which was exacerbated by an infection in the lungs," said the Forensic Doctor of the Police Hospital dr. Arfiani during a press conference at the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, quoted by ANTARA Friday, May 5. Arfiani explained that the examination was carried out on the outer and inner bodies and found blunt objects wounds on the outside. "There were injuries to the outside but did not result in death. From the internal examination, there was a lung infection and there was an image of a heart attack," he said. Arfiani also explained that there were shallow open wounds on the lips and knees, minor abrasions of the cheeks, left hands, bruises on the cheeks. Previously, the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya has not been able to confirm the cause of death of M (60), a suspect shooter of the Central MUI office in Jakarta, Tuesday 9 May. "We have not concluded (the cause of the death of the suspect). Again, don't be wrong, we haven't concluded," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol. Hengki Haryadi during a press conference at the Menteng Polsek Central Jakarta. Hengki said that his party would carry out an autopsy tonight at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

"This will be held an autopsy tonight starting at 21.00 WIB," he said. Hengki also explained that the results of the autopsy will see what caused the suspect's death.
