PDIP Yakin Capres Ganjar Pranowo Menang Di Semarang

JAKARTA - The chairman of the Semarang City PDI-P DPC Hendrar Prihadi, who is familiarly called Hendi, is optimistic that Ganjar Pranowo, who was nominated by the party bearing the bull symbol, will win in Atlas City.

"Mas Ganjar happens to live in Semarang. I remember when (I, ed.) became mayor, his daily life was very active going down, including in Semarang City," said Hendi, in Semarang, quoted from Antara, Monday, May 1.

Hendi, who is also the Head of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute, had the opportunity to return to his hometown, one of which was in the context of consolidating the victory of Ganjar Pranowo.

The former Mayor of Semarang told how Ganjar, who is also the Governor of Central Java, was diligent in cycling or cycling to visit several activities or see the results of development.

He admitted that Ganjar's popularity was enough to help the winning steps for the PDI-P presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election, supported by the cohesiveness of party administrators and cadres in the capital city of Central Java.

"We are optimistic that the solidarity of party friends in Semarang City, plus Mas Ganjar, who is very popular in Semarang City, makes it easier to win him very significantly," he said.

Hendi previously confirmed that he would immediately consolidate his strength, by collecting administrators and forming a winning team for Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate promoted by the PDI-P in the 2024 presidential election.

"The point is, we want the machine (party, ed.) that we have prepared for a long time to really go well. Don't do anything 'ngopling', don't let the lyrics go to the right and left. Now is the time for gas police," he said.

Untuk tim pemenangan Ganjar sebagai capres PDIP, Hendi mengatakan sebagaimana biasanya akan dibentuk dua tim, yakni tim pemenangan dari struktural partai dan struktur relawan.

"(The winning team, ed.) My party structure will be held directly in Semarang City. For the volunteer structure later we will determine who will be the coordinator of the volunteers," he said.

What is clear, he said, is that preparations will be carried out properly, such as logistical needs to the existence of posts that will definitely be made for volunteers, while the party structure can occupy the Semarang City PDIP DPC Office.
