JAKARTA - Secretary General of the United Development Party (PPP) Arsul Sani assessed that Suharso Monoarfa's report to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for using a private charter plane was far-fetched.

"The gratification report made by Nizar Dahlan was fabricated and showed that he did not understand the provisions of gratuities that should be reported to the KPK as stipulated in Article 12B of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crime ( Tipikor), "said Arsul in a written statement to reporters, Friday, November 6.
