Taylor Swift's Song Is Prohibited In Philadelphia Ahead Of Travis Kelce's Match

JAKARTA - A radio station in Philadelphia temporarily did not play Taylor Swift's song until the city's Kansas City Chiefs visit ended.

The Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL today, Monday, November 20, and local station Q102 has decided not to play the pop star's songs until at least Tuesday.

"Q102 removed Taylor Swift from the radio station all weekend because even though Q102 liked Taylor Swift, this weekend it was very important for us to show our support for Birds," Nugget said, one of the station's hosts, to CBS News Philadelphia.

As previously reported, Swift is in a romantic relationship with Kelce who plays for The Chiefs.

Swift publicly acknowledged her relationship with Kelce at her concert in Buenos Aires last Saturday (11 November), giving her a greeting by changing the lyrics in Karma's song.

Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me, he sang.

Meanwhile, Swift's Eras Tour landed in Brazil this week, but was colored by the tragedy after a fan died before a show on Friday, November 17.

The fan's name is Ana Clara Benevides Machado, 23. He was treated by paramedics at the concert venue, before being taken to the hospital, where he died an hour later.

Brazilian newspaper Fohla de S Paulo reported that she fainted during the concert and had a heart attack.

As for Swift's new 1989 (Taylor's Version) album, keeping The Beatles away from the top of the UK Albums Chart this week, occupying the top spot ahead of Fab Four's Blue and Red re-releases, which are respectively subscribed to Number Two and Three.
