Promotor Announces Refund Tickets For Bring Me The Horizon Starting Today

JAKARTA - Ravel Entertainment as the promoter who held the Bring Me The Horizon Live in Jakarta concert on November 10 and 11, announced the ticket refund schedule.

Both first and second-day ticket holders will receive regular refunds starting today, Tuesday, November 14.

"REFUND BRING ME THE HORIZON LIVE IN JAKARTA For the Refund BMTH DAY 2, will be carried out regularly starting tomorrow, November 14, 2023," wrote Ravel Entertainment in an Instagram post.

"Meanwhile, the BMTH DAY 1 Refund Proportional will be carried out after the BMTH DAY 2 Refund is complete, and will be informed again on the official Ravel Entertainment account," he continued.

The refund will be made through a designated platform, and with a payment method that the ticket holder uses when buying.

The return will go through Tokopedia's official ticketing platform. The return will be adjusted to the payment method chosen when making ticket purchase transactions without the need to register or fill out a form of any form," wrote Ravel Entertainment.

Further information regarding the flow of refunds, along with the time and time and method of refunds, can be seen through the Tokopedia Care Article or the promoter's official Instagram account.

Ravel Entertainment also asks ticket holders to check regularly. They are also not responsible for ticket holders who buy outside the official platform.

"Every ticket holder is expected to periodically check on their respective Tokopedia accounts," wrote Ravel Entertainment.

"We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for the attention we have received. Ravel Entertainment is not responsible for purchasing tickets to the BMTH Day 2 concert outside the official Tokopedia Ticket Event platform," he said.
