Adrian Vandenberg Said About Plans To Show Again With Whitesnake: I Will Definitely Do It

JAKARTA - In a new interview with Clint Switzerland from the podcast "On The Road To Rock", former Whitesnake guitarist Adrian Vandenberg responded to questions about the possibility of him returning to appear with David Coverdale's band.

"I will definitely do it if my schedule allows. But I will do everything I can to make it work because it would be great to do something like that," said Adrian.

"As everyone knows, David and I are still good friends. We [connected] almost every day we send each other jokes that are not true politically and things we both love. [litting]" he continued.

Recalling the possibility of a reunion on stage with Whitesnake, Adrian said: "Yes, that would be really cool. Who knows? I'm like James Bond. I said never say never (ever say never, ed)."

Coverdale previously said there were tentative plans for Whitesnake to work on some new music by inviting some of its former personnel.

"I will immediately talk to my band about the idea of Whitesnake's farewell studio album and invite some former members to participate to make it more complete Adrian [Vandenberg] possible," said David.

"Michael Devin - everyone I admire, and want to see how it goes. But in my opinion, rather than just saying goodbye to this chapter, this is a breakup to many people who have been involved. This may be interesting."

Vandenberg was a member of Whitesnake for 13 years at the peak of band fame, contributing his solos in Here I Go Again. He is also part of the Manic Eden supergroup, and recently released a number of albums with Vandenberg Moonking's.

The band, named Vandenberg, released a comeback album titled 2020, in May 2020 via Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group. His full follow-up album, Sin, arrived last August.
