Wow! Cardi B Microphone Thrown At Fans Sold For IDR 1.5 Billion

The microphone Cardi B threw at his fans while performing on stage was sold in an eBay charity auction for nearly 100 thousand US dollars (equivalent to Rp1.5 billion).

While appearing at Drai's Lounge on July 29, Cardi B reacted to fans who poured water at him by throwing a microphone.

On August 1, the microphone used by Cardi B as the weapon was auctioned on eBay in a seven-day auction by a seller named the g27racing account. He promised that all profits would be donated to two charities.

The microphone was originally priced at $1,000 and the initial bid on the list was $500. In a day, the offer has reached 50 thousand dollars and, after a week, sold for 99 thousand dollars.

The seller named Scott confirmed that the highest bidder would receive a letter of authenticity and cassation made specifically to display the microphone.

In a lengthy description shared at the bottom of the offer, Scott detailed two charities that would share a selling profit of 99,990 US dollars.

"100 percent of the profits from selling these microphones will be divided equally among [two] charities," reads the initial description.

"The first charity is a local charity Las Vegas called Friendship Circle Las Vegas. The friendly circle is an organization that has teenage volunteers and young adults helping children, adolescents and other young adults with special needs."

The [second] charity body is the Founded Warrior Project. The Injured Soldier Project helps restore independence for our worst injured veterans. Even though I was not on duty, my father served in USAF and my son-in-law served at USMC."
