JAKARTA - Lizzo is being sued by three former background dancers for creating an unfriendly work environment and engaging in sexual harassment.
NBC News reports that the dancers involved include Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez.
Davis and Williams both competed on the reality show Watch Out For The Big Grrrls to win the chance to join Lizzo's group of dancers, while Rodriguez started dancing with Lizzo after appearing in the Rumors video clip.
According to the lawsuit, they all danced to Lizzo until the start of this year, when Davis and Williams were sacked and Rodriguez resigned shortly thereafter.
The lawsuit named Lizzo, her production company Big Grrrl Big Touring Inc. and dance team captain Shirlene Quigley as defendants.
The alleged sexual harassment incident mentioned in the lawsuit allegedly occurred at a strip club in Amsterdam, which they visited after a show earlier this year.
The dancers claim Lizzo allegedly bullied Davis to touch the strippers, to the point that she led the song that prompted her to do so until she finally gave up, even though she refused many times.

The lawsuit states that Lizzo is starting to invite the dancers to take turns touching the nude artist and doing other inappropriate things, continues: Lizzo then turns her attention to Ms. and starts pressing Ms. Davis to touch the breasts of one of the naked women.
"The plaintiff was surprised by how little attention Lizzo showed to the autonomy of her employees and those around her, especially in front of the many people she worked for," he continued.
The lawsuit also alleges that Lizzo auditioned for "torture", after 12 hours of training, after mistakenly accusing them of drinking at work.
The lawsuit is just as small as a number of other lawsuits filed against Lizzo.
So far, Lizzo's side hasn't commented on anything.
