JAKARTA - Electrical motorbikes are slowly entering the automotive world with a technological revolution that has changed the way of seeing and feeling motorized vehicles. One of the breakthroughs came from the Italian Volt motorcycle manufacturer.

The manufacturer is ready to send its newest electric motor Lacama 2.0 to customers starting in March 2024. But before that, this bike will be displayed at the EICMA 2023, a leading 80th edition motorcycle exhibition in Milan, Italy, on November 7-12.

This sophisticated electric motor first appeared in the form of a concept in 2017 and has since experienced a number of revisions and improvements.

Italian Volt is a brand under the Tazzari Group that designs and creates Lacama 2.0 entirely in Italy, quoted from Rideapart, August 4. The company has leveraged the Tazzari Group's expertise to develop and refine mechanical chassis and components, as well as take advantage of its Seventeen-year experience in the electric vehicle sector.

Lacama 2.0 has an ultra-light frame made of single aluminum cor made in their own plant, which guarantees a compact but powerful motor.

With a weight of 219 kg, this motor provides extraordinary agility due to a balanced power-to-weight ratio. With a power of 150 dk and a torque of 230 Nm, the motor's highest speed reaches 230 km/hour, carrying an amazing speed sensation for drivers looking for adventure on the highway. Not only that, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hour can be achieved in a short time, in just 3.5 seconds.

However, it's not just a matter of fast performance, this motorbike also prioritizes energy efficiency and comfort. With a reach of 257 km in urban cycles in one charge.

Customers have the freedom to create their unique motorbikes by being able to choose from 10 design variants for the front and choose the seat design from two seats or one seat and can choose between 22 colors for frame painting and a swing arm.

In addition, Lacama 2.0 also has 4 Driving Modes ranging from Wet, Eco, Sport, and Rocket which offer flexibility and adaptability to different driving conditions and preferences.

Currently, there is no official information regarding the price of this motorbike. With Lacama 2.0, Italian Volt has ambitions to create future automotive works of art that combine luxury and performance in impressive electric motorcycle packages.
