Mercedes-Benz Presents The Three Latest Models Of GLE In Indonesia, Here Are The Specifications

JAKARTA - PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (MBDI) officially announced its seven newest models that will be marketed in Indonesia. Three of them are GLE families.

At the event entitled The 7 Stars', the manufacturer released the three GLE models which were presented with several types, namely the GLE 450 4 Matic AMG Line FL, the GLE 450 4 Matic Coupe AMG Line FL, and the GLE 53 4 Matic + Coupe FL.

However, what is interesting about the specifications and capabilities of this GLE family? Here's the review.

Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 4-matic AMG Line FL

At a glance, this model carries the same design language as other GLE models. However, this vehicle is presented with an AMG-style body styling with a sporty element equipped with a new Multibeam LED light design and a star pattern front grip.

The impression of sporty and elegant is even more complete with the manufacturer giving it a five-barreled AMG rim made of a lightweight 21-inch alloy, panoramic sliding sunset, and power closing.

Moving to the inside, the SUV is equipped with a sport-style steering wheel with multifunctions coated with Nappa skin and a Burmester Surround Sound System audio system that adds to the convenience of its users.

Speaking of performance, this car has an initial 3.0 liter 6-cylinder engine that produces up to 367 dk of power and 500 Nm of torque capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/hour within 5.7 seconds resulting in the highest speed of up to 250 km/hour.

This car is the only vehicle that will be assembled locally (CKD) in this launch and priced at IDR 1.885 billion Off The Road Jakarta.

Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 4 Matic Coupe AMG Line FL

This car has the same design language as other GLE models, which distinguish it has a sloping rear roof shape so that its size is more compact than that of Coupe in general.

"Overall body style, we carry the AMG style concept," explained Aldo Rais.

This model is equipped with a sport-style steering wheel that is multifunctional coated with Nappa skin. Different from others, this type is decorated by a trim line structure tree with a luxurious high-glos brown color.

The performance is the same as the previous variant with an initial 3.0 liter 6-cylinder engine which produces up to 367 dk of power and 500 Nm of torque capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h within 5.7 seconds resulting in the highest speed of up to 250 km/hour.

The SUV-Coupe-style vehicle is a medium variant of the GLE class with a tag worth IDR 2.475 billion Off The Road Jakarta.

Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4 Matic+ Couple FL

This type is the highest variant in the series. This German manufacturer updated its exterior with AMG Bodystyling, Panoramic Sliding Sunrooft, AMG Spoiler Lip, Multibeam LED headlights, and 22-inch crossed-spoke forcing rims.

This model is also equipped with a steering wheel from AMG Performance with a layer of Nappa and Microcut microfiber skin. Then, the seat comes from AMG Sports with two-tone colors Macchiato Beige and Hitam.

Moving to the front hood, this car is equipped with an initial 3.0 liter 6-cylinder engine whose power is then increased to 435 dk and torque 560 Nm by being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour within 5.3 seconds resulting in the highest speed of up to 250 km/hour.

"This car has up to 435 dk of power and 560 Nm of torque and is able to run from 0 to 100 in 5.3 seconds," said Aldo.

As the highest type in this series, the GLE 53 4 Matic+ Coupe is priced at IDR 2.835 billion Off The Road Jakarta.
