Honda Enlivens GIIAS Semarang 2023 By Presenting The Latest CR-V

JAKARTA - The 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) has officially started. The event, which took place from 18-22 October 2023, features various vehicle models located at the Marina Convention Center, Semarang.

Various automotive manufacturers in Indonesia are competing in showing off their newest vehicles in the five-day event, one of which is Honda.

Carrying the theme 'Energize to Accelrate', the Japanese manufacturer carries several lines of its vehicles with advanced technology, including the All New Honda CR-V RS e: HEV, which was introduced in August.

"We present All New Honda CR-V 2.0 RS e: HEV at the GIIAS 2023 event to bring closer electrification technology from Honda to people in Central Java and Yogyakarta, especially in Semarang City," said Sumantri, as Sales and Aftersales Director of Main Dealer Honda Semarang Center, in a statement received by VOI, Thursday, October 19.

Carrying the theme "Ahead in Perfection", the sixth generation CR-V comes as a premium SUV in Indonesia featuring an elegant and luxurious design. Not only that, this SUV has the convenience of driving with more impressive performance than before.

The variant is equipped with a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder Atkinson Cycle DOHC in collaboration with two electric motors, generating up to 204 dk of power and 335 Nm of torque and 1.06 kWh of lithium-ion battery.

Honda Sensing technology is also presented to meet the needs of customers, consisting of the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow (ACC with LSF), Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning (RDM with LDW), Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) and Auto High Beam (AHB).

In this event, the Japanese manufacturer provided CR-V test drives for CR-V RS e: HEV and WR-V for visitors who want to experience their driving performance directly. For visitors who carry out test drives during the event, they will get attractive merchandise exclusive.
