JAKARTA - The couple Jessica Iskandar and Vincent Verhaag recently became victims of fraud by their closest people which resulted in losses of up to billions of rupiah in 2021. Even Jedar, Jessica's nickname, was reported to have gone bankrupt.

However, after the case had not found a bright spot at the South Jakarta District Court, Vincent Verhaag had already received another fortune.

"Yes, that's right, just two days ago (shifted to Jakarta). When we went to Jakarta, there was a fortune for us to return home, so focus on the business while parallel enjoying entertainment," said Vincet Verhaag when met in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, recently.

Seeing this, Vincent and Jessica plan to build a town house from a 300 square meter land that they have purchased. Vincent admitted that there is no exact plan, but there is already an idea what the house will look like.

"(The land area) is 300 square meters, we want to build a town house, we just haven't fixed it yet, just an idea. Yes, the important thing is that there is an idea," continued Vincent.

On this occasion, Vincent also revealed their condition after being deceived. He explained that the moment had made his family difficult even though they did not have to suffer losses or go bankrupt.

"We never stated that we were bankrupt, indeed this is our difficult momentum, it's almost Rp. 10 billion in money, that's as short as our breath. If you say it's bankrupt, don't you think we're just having financial difficulties," said Vincent Verhaag.
