Raffi Ahmad's Story When Jeje Was Considered Inappropriate To Enter The Political World

Raffi Ahmad welcomed Jeje Govinda's decision to enter politics. He also revealed the reason his sister-in-law joined a political party to show herself to the public.

"The Jeje said, because there was an incident yesterday (Syahnaz and Rendy Kjaernett's affair), many people looked down on him, he wanted to show it," said Raffi Ahmad in the FYP program, seen Thursday, August 10.

Due to the Syahnaz affair scandal, Raffi said that the drummer from the Govinda band received a lot of blasphemy from netizens. Jeje is considered unfit to represent the aspirations of the people.

"When Jeje proclaimed himself into politics, many commented 'Just take care of your wife can't, how to protect the people'," said Raffi Ahmad.

"Yes, I told him, you don't have to think about something like that," he continued.

Raffi is grateful to see that Jeje is even more motivated to show himself being able to give the best for the people if given the trust.

"Anyway, he said that because of yesterday's incident, he wanted to show that he had more value. He wants to show that he can be the best for many people," said Raffi Ahmad.

After all, Raffi Ahmad still supports Jeje Govinda to fight in the world of politics. He hopes for the best for Syahnaz Sadiqah's husband.

On the other hand, Raffi Ahmad also told how he got many offers to participate in elections in 2024, but he chose to continue his current career.

"Thank you for the offers. It's not that I said no, but there are other things that I have to focus on," concluded Raffi Ahmad.
