Natasha Rizky's One Rejection, Desta Gives Nafkah More Than IDR 1 Billion

JAKARTA - After his divorce suit was granted by the panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on June 19, Desta was scheduled to read out the divorce pledge to Natasha Rizky on Monday, July 10 yesterday.

However, Desta is known to have not attended the South Jakarta PA, so the pledge of divorce was read by his attorney, Hendra K Siregar. Desta is known to be undergoing activities outside the city that cannot be abandoned.

"Incidentally, the applicant could not attend, so it was through his power of attorney. So, as of today it has been completed regarding the trial process for divorce from divorce," said Hendra K Siregar at PA South Jakarta, Monday, July 10.

Hendra said there were no problems if the attorney read the divorce, as long as Desta as principal had given a power of attorney to do so.

Meanwhile, the divorce read out in court was one divorce. This, said Hendra, was in accordance with the existing process.

Regarding Desta's living to Natasha Rizky after the divorce, Hendra refused to reveal the nominal. However, he ensured that the income that had to be given was more than Rp. 1 billion.

"More, more than Rp 1 billion," he said.

Regarding the nominal given by Desta, the attorney said that this had been agreed upon by both parties, even before the divorce decision was read.

"What is certain is a discussion. It's them who decide, both (Desta and Natasha Rizky)," concluded Hendra K Siregar, Desta's attorney.
