Circulating Integrity Pact Acting Regent Sorong Supports Ganjar, National Team Amin: If It Violates The Law, Processes According To The Law
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of PKB Jazilul Fawaid responded to the Sorong Regent's Pj integrity pact to win presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo, who was called vice presidential candidate Mahfud MD, did not violate the law.
According to Jazilul, if the integrity pact is true, if it violates the law, it must be processed according to the law.
"Of course we are not based on what he said, if it is against the law, it will be processed according to the law," said Jazilul, Thursday, November 16.
Jazilul assessed that Mahfud MD did not have the authority to state whether the integrity pact violated or violated it. Because he said, the one who had the authority to declare it was law enforcement.
"Those who have the authority not to violate or violate, Mr. Mahfud? Later, so that there are no negative issues, misunderstandings, the authorities are the ones who clarify, not based on issues," said the member of Commission III of the DPR.
The Deputy Chairperson of the MPR assessed that Bawaslu could intervene to find out about the alleged violation in the integrity pact.
"Where does the letter come from? Who brought the letter, when did we make an integrity pact, we don't know, that's why those who decide whether it's true or not will be the authorities, Bawaslu might be able to go down," said Jazilul.

Even if the integrity pact was made in August before the appointment of the vice presidential candidate by the KPU, Jazilul appreciated Mahfud's opinion that he did not violate the law. Because he said, indeed in that month there was no candidate pair so it could not be said that someone had violated the law.
"That's Mr. Mahfud's opinion, we just respect it, it's just that it's true. That's why Mr. Mahfud said no, because there are no candidate pairs. Formally, the law must not violate, those who violate it will support the candidate pair," concluded the elite political party supporting Anies-Muhaimin who joined the Amin national team.
