Responding To The Integrity Pact Of The Acting Regent Of Sorong Winning Ganjar, Sahroni: Carmuk To Be Protected

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives Ahmad Sahroni assessed that Acting Regent Sorong Yan Piet Mosso sought protection related to the legal case that ensnared him. This method is allegedly carried out by issuing an integrity pact document, one of which won Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 presidential election. This was conveyed by Sahroni in response to the integrity pact which was widely reported to have been found by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) during a hand arrest operation (OTT) in Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua."It can be seen that there is, yes, if you say 'carmuk'. Carmuk won certain candidate pairs to be protected from all legal aspects," said Sahroni at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, November 15."This condition makes Sahroni remind that no one can get legal protection. “ If you are not careful then the law applies to anyone, for example OTT in Sorong," said the General Treasurer of the NasDem Party. In the circulating document, there were four points and Yan Piet Moso as Acting Regent of Sorong and West Papua Kabinda Brigadier General TNI Silaban visited. No date was listed there but the signing was made last August.
