NASA Can't Call Mars Explorer For Two Weeks
JAKARTA The United States (NASA) Aeronautics and Space Agency will stop contacting Mars rover and orbiter robots. Reportedly, this communication will be cut off for two weeks.
NASA says communication to the Perseverance and Curiosity Explorers has been cut off since November 11. The space agency will return to contact its rover on November 25.
Currently, the position of Earth and Mars is on the opposite side of the Sun. This position is referred to as the conjunction of the Martian sun by NASA. Once every two years, the ionized hot gas will come out of the circle of the sun.
This gas is quite dangerous and can damage the radio signals sent by Earth. In order to avoid damage or unexpected actions from the Perseverance and Curiosity Explorer, NASA must cut off its communications.

Although this rover will be abandoned for two weeks, the Perseverance and Curiosity rover will not take a vacation. This robot will continue to monitor the surface conditions, weather, and radiation from Mars.
NASA will again get data from all of its explorers, including Ingenuity Helicopter, Orbit Reconnaissance, and Orbiter Odyssey after the Martian conjunction ends.
News of conditions from Mars explorers and orbiters also remains NASA receiving as long as communication is cut off. However, this news will not reach NASA for two days as Mars will be completely behind the disk of the Sun.
