Mastermind Of Premeditated Murder Of Polda Metro Jaya A PHL Dishub DKI Jakarta
TANGERANG AI, in the attempted murder of a member of the Directorate of Pam Obvit Polda Metro Jaya, Bripka Taufan Febriyanto, is active as an employee of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang City Metro Police, Kompol Rio Mikael Tobing, said that AI is a casual daily worker (PHL) at the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service (Dishub).
"The AI suspect planned (the murder attempt). He (AI) PHL at the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency," Rio told reporters at the Tangerang City Metro Police, Wednesday, November 8.
Rio explained that in this murder planning case, AI opened general recruitment for anyone who wants to work as an employee of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency. However, AI asked for some money from its victims.
AI managed to collect Rp1.7 billion from 30 victims.
"(AI) promised to help with admission as an employee of the Jakarta Transportation Agency, provided that money. If I'm not mistaken, there were about 30 people who ended up participating. Well, then the money that had been deposited was around Rp. 1.7 billion," said Rio.
The promise that AI said did not materialize, the victims asked for AI to return the money. But AI actually disappeared.

"It was billed to the AI, but then the person concerned disappeared," said Rio.
One of the dozens of people who were victims of fraud by suspect AI turned out to be relatives of Bripka Taufan who both served at Polda Metro Jaya.
"Incidentally, those who are looking for this know the victim (Taufan) because they are both members of the police who serve at the Polda Metro. He asked whether he knew the AI, he continued to explain that his wife AI worked here," said Rio.
On that basis, AI was hurt by Bripka Taufan's wife, for notifying the address and place the suspect worked.
AI designed a strategy with 2 of its colleagues, S and N. The three of them agreed to plan an attempted murder of Taufan. In the action, the victims were framed by the perpetrators. The reason is that they will meet their business partners.
The three suspects were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and/or Article 170 paragraph (1), Article 353 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, and/or Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
