Singer Hedi Yunus is 55 years old but is still active in his work and is still holding a concert some time ago. On one occasion, one of Kahitna's vocalists revealed the secret of his healthy life.
"Yes, the good news is that even though I had a little cough, it's okay, it's safe, yes, now I'm 55 years old and yesterday, a week ago, it was just a concert," said Hedi Yunus in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, November 7.
For Hedi Yunus, treatment is important. Whether it takes care of your face or even physically. Therefore, Hedi admitted that he really likes sports as if it exceeds the real athletes.
"For me to age, it's definitely for sure, but taking care of it means taking care of it, taking care of your face, performing as well as possible and exercising diligently. I really like sports if my close friends who know will definitely say to me that if you exercise more than sports athletes," said Hedi Yunus.
For now, Hedi Yunus is in running sports accompanied by consuming drinks and eating health. In one week, he is able to do running 2 to 3 times.

"Now that I like running, running for me a need like people need to eat and drink in a week I take the time to run if I'm not tired and just take a break 2 or 3 times," continued Hedi Yunus.
For him running is one of the things that can make him happy because the side effects given by this sport can be felt in all aspects.
