SOE Minister: IHCS Expected To Be A Barometer For Human Capital Development
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir said that the implementation of The 4th Indonesia Human Capital Summit (IHCS) is expected to be the first barometer and reference for the development of the human capital world in Indonesia.
"Human Capital Summit, of course, we hope that together we can become the front barometer, as well as the first reference for the development of the human capital world in Indonesia," Erick said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, November 6.
Erick conveyed his appreciation to the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) as the government's strategic partner, especially the Ministry of SOEs, in an ongoing effort to develop Indonesian human resources (HR).
According to him, IHCS is considered to be an important forum for actors in the field of human capital to develop themselves by exchanging ideas and providing the best practices in improving the quality of Indonesian human resources.
The JCS has entered its fourth year with the theme "Navigating Human Experience Journey for Value Creation and Sustainability".
This theme can be a guide in exploring human capital management strategies in Indonesia, which are in line with changing times and increasing added value.
IHCS also plays a role in encouraging the younger generation to play an active role in their respective companies.
There is a new innovation in organizing the IHCS this year, such as Call for Paper which involves BOD-1 BUMN for HC/HR, professionals outside SOEs, academics, and of course from various other circles.
In 2021, the 3rd IHCS implementation will successfully collect more than 15,000 participants, both online and live at the location.
This success cannot be separated from the good reputation of the IHCS in the eyes of the attendees and the readiness of the organizing team.
Participants are invited to contribute by presenting a case study that is processed into a scientific work in accordance with the topics that have been determined by the organizing team.
