Confess To Ganjar, Creative Industry Players Ask HAKI To Be Capital Access
JAKARTA - The 2024 presidential reading, Ganjar Pranowo, became a fight for creative industry players when he visited the Urban Sneaker Society (USS) exhibition at JCC Jakarta, Friday, October 3 night. In addition to showing off their various products, the creative industry players also took advantage of Ganjar's presence as a place to vent.
Various problems were conveyed by the USS participants, the majority of whom were young people, to Ganjar. Starting from marketing, training to easy access to capital.
"Mr. Ganjar, please help us. So far, we have had difficulty accessing capital to develop this business. We want to borrow from the bank, they don't want it because we don't have collateral," said Renaldy, the owner of the Dominate brand from Jakarta.
Renaldy hopes that the government will intervene to smooth it out. One way is to provide convenience for creative industry players in the country to get capital with intellectual property or HAKI guarantees.
"So far, we know that you are really concerned about this and have said that you will fight for domestic creative industry players to get access to capital with IP or HAKI. Please if possible, it can be realized soon, sir," added Dilla, another creative industry actor.

Ganjar seriously listened to the complaints and complaints of the young people. He emphasized that the government already has a regulation stating that IP or HAKI can be used as collateral to get access to capital to banks.
"Actually, it can be because the rules already exist. There is already a Government Regulation (PP) that regulates it," said Ganjar.
Indeed, he continued, until now it has not been running optimally. And in the future, he must make the program a priority.
"The rules already exist. It's just the will and seriousness of the government to execute it," he said.
Actually, Ganjar continued, when he served as Governor of Central Java, he had started by cooperating with Bank Jateng. However, the scale still cannot be optimal.
"In the future, this must be followed up because the creative industry players' complaints were the same. They want to borrow from a bank without collateral. They hope that IP and HAKI can be used. The rules already exist, it's just commitment and willingness. Just point out one or two banks to execute, then Indonesia's creative industry will definitely advance," he concluded.
Not only hearing the complaints of creative industry players, in the exhibition Ganjar also bought various products that were being sold. Starting from shoes, jackets, t-shirts, sandals, shirts, hats and others.
"Wow, Mr. Ganjar really likes to come and buy our products. Earlier, his shoes were immediately worn, he immediately changed it on the spot. I'm very proud to have a leader who supports the work of the nation's children," said Alfond, owner of Kanky's shoe brand.
