Atletico Madrid Visits Las Palmas, Wants To Extend Seven Concrete Victorys
JAKARTA - Atletico Madrid will visit Las Palmas headquarters in the 11th week of La Liga 2023/2024. In the match which took place at Estadio Gran Canaria on Saturday, November 4 at 03.00 WIB Atletico Madrid will try to win seven consecutive wins.
Diego Simeone's troops are currently third in the standings. The situation is only three points behind leaders, Real Madrid with one game remaining.
Meanwhile, Las Palmas currently ranks 10th by collecting 14 points from their 11 games this season.
Atletico's capital is clearly very capable on this mission because it has won six matches in domestic matches, including a 2-1 win over Alaves on Sunday.
The seven-time winning mission will also make Atletico calm enough to face the international break that will take place this November.
For the match to Las Palmas headquarters, Atletico will not be able to bring Samuel Lino, Memphis Depay, Thomas Lemar, Vitolo and Reinildo because of the condition of each player. However, there is Rodrigo Riquelme who can be an option on the wing side of the match later.
In the home side, Las Palmas had quite a bit of trouble at the start of the season as they only won one of La Liga's seven opening matches. But they have performed outstanding over the past month for winning four of their last five games in all competitions.
In La Liga, Garcia Pimienta's side have won three of the four matches. They also have good capital ahead of hosting Atletico as they have just won 3-0 over Manacor in the Copa del Rey.
