Wow! Taylor Swift Officially Becomes A Billionaire!
JAKARTA - Taylor Swift has officially become a billionaire, according to a recent report.
The announcement of the richness of the pop star emerged on October 26 from Bloomberg detailing the estimated net worth of the pop star.
It's no surprise that Swift made it into the billionaire region with her latest series of new albums, live shows, and concert films making countless headlines over the past year and breaking records in the process.
The publication describes the Swift brand as basically being the most loyal multinational conglomerate in the world', and reports its total net worth of $1.1 billion.
No doubt, most of this wealth came from a series of re-recording of the singer-songwriter albums he made in an attempt to regain control of his master's recording.
The latest is the re-release of the 1989 album on Friday and is predicted to be one of the best-selling recordings of this year (via The Independent). The 1989 original album comes nine years ago.
Another huge source of income for this singer is his live show that broke records as part of the ongoing 'Eras' tour.
The show that fills the stadium which starts in March and is scheduled to last until the end of next year will be the most profitable in music history.
This is because the broadcast date is expected to raise a total of 5.7 billion dollars, which will be enough to make 20 dollars for everyone.
This record-breaking tour also had a significant impact on the US economy, with ticket sales, merchantization, and travel all contributing to the entire tour.
The software company QuestionPro calculates that each show generates about 93 million dollars for the local economy.
The impact of this tour was also seen from the start, when tickets were first available last November, Ticketmaster was forced to delay public sales due to a very high demand.
The singer's estimated wealth will also be helped by the film 'Eras' tour concert that premiered in global theaters earlier this month. According to an update shared on Monday last week, the film grossed $164.8 million after its release on October 12 making it a box office rival for Martin Scorsese's Killer's Of The Flower Moon.

Bloomberg also reports that Swift is one of the few artists to achieve billionaire status just from music and performances without producing wealth from the launch of products such as alcohol, makeup, or clothing lines.
It also divides its net worth into various categories, including its music catalogs from 2019 onwards, including new albums and re-recorded Taylor's Versions (expected to be worth 400 million dollars) as well as ticket sales and merchandise during live shows (expected to be worth 370 million dollars).
Other sources of revenue include streaming (120 million dollars), five personal properties (110 million dollars), and royalties from music sales (80 million dollars).
