Visiting Al Falak Bogor Islamic Boarding School, Anies Baswedan Gets A Prayer For Santri To Win The 2024 Presidential Election

JAKARTA - Anies Baswedan's presidential candidate will visit the Al Falak Pagentongan Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) in Bogor City, West Java. He received prayers from the students to become Indonesian presidents who brought change.

Anies Baswedan visited the Al Falak Pagentongan Islamic Boarding School, on Friday at 9.00 WIB with a pilgrimage to KH Tubagus Muhammad Abbas Falak, the founder of the Islamic boarding school who is also a fighter in the 1940s who was buried in the pesantren area.

The former governor of DKI Jakarta was greeted by hundreds of students who continued to ask him for selfies. They also continued to pray to accompany Anies' visit. Salawat only stopped when Anies and the board of the Tubagus Rahmatullah pesantren gave a speech.

Anies also had a dialogue with one of the students named Rizki and asked about the aspirations of the students in the future.

"Rizki told the story, his experience in this hut and what he wants to be when he grows up," said Anies, quoted by Antara.

"At first I didn't feel at home, but many friends here felt at home, sir," replied Rizki.

"If big people want to become Kopassus, sir," he continued.

"I want to be Kopassus, why?" asked Anies again.

"Because he was dashing and strong, sir," replied Rizki.

"We are amenkan kan ya. Insha Allah nanti tidak hanya jadi Kopassus, tapi commandernya Kopassus," timpal Anies.

Anies also asked about Rizki's current hopes. Rizki hopes that there will be donations for the Al-Falak Islamic Boarding School.

"What do you want now?" Anies told Rizki.

"A donation for the Al Falak Islamic boarding school, sir," said Rizki.

"What was the donation requested?" Anies asked.

" Sincerely sir," said Rizki.

"Mr. Kyai, asking for donations, he said, donations as sincerely as possible. Yes, God willing, Al Falak has more support, Aamiin. Once again, what is his name? Rizki, God willing, the risk will be added to Rizki, Aamiin," said Anies.

The dialogue was greeted by boisterous students and parents who were present. Anies also invited to exchange the head covering, namely the cap with Rizki.

He advised the students to be diligent and work hard and be able to seize opportunities and so that Allah gave success.

Anies' message also asked for prayers for the mandate he was holding as a presidential candidate in 2024.

"All of the brothers and sisters, Mr. Kyai, thank you. Pray for us. Currently I am getting the mandate, the mandate to become a presidential candidate that was conveyed earlier. Pray for this mandate to be carried properly," said Anies.
